Titanium OTK Bolt Kit — Kit C (TC4 / GR5)

Kit C replaces key OTK chassis hardware with premium TC4 / Grade 5 titanium bolts and nylon lock nuts, delivering reduced weight, improved corrosion resistance, and a clean factory‑fit finish across the kart. This kit covers off the rear of the chassis.

⚠️ Important Notes

Titanium + Nylon Care: The nylon insert is the weakest part of the assembly. Apply a small amount of Never‑Seize or similar to help the bolt pass through the nylon smoothly. Tighten slowly to avoid popping the insert.
