This steering column socket is purpose‑built to slide directly up inside the steering column, eliminating the need to drill holes through the floor and saving valuable setup time.
A through‑hole is machined to accept the 8mm thread on the steering column, and the internal depth of the socket runs the full length—allowing it to engage any thread length with ease.
Because the socket is fully solid, you can lightly linish the top or bottom to fine‑tune the fit for your specific kart.
The opposite end features a solid hex designed for a 13mm spanner.
Simply insert the socket into the steering shaft, fit your 13mm spanner, hold the steering wheel, and tighten or loosen as required.
Engineered to suit the 13mm lock nut located inside the steering column.
