Standard flanged nuts simply don’t fit correctly on kart wheels—the flange is far too large for the machined seating area. These custom‑designed Titanium TC4/GR5 hex wheel nuts solve that problem with a reduced‑diameter flange that fits perfectly every time.
Built to meet karting regulations, each nut is manufactured to a height of approximately five threads. They contain no nylon inserts, which typically wear out after only a few uses. Instead, these titanium nuts offer exceptional durability and eliminate the thread‑wear issues commonly seen with standard soft‑steel wheel nuts.
