Flash Wheel Bead Lock System — Stainless Steel + Ultra‑Red O‑Rings

The NEW Flash Wheel Bead Lock System is engineered to give your O‑Rings the secure, distortion‑free fit they’ve always needed. Built exclusively in race‑legal Stainless Steel, this upgraded design delivers a stronger, smarter, and more reliable seal for modern karting.

Each bead lock features a full containment cavity beneath the head, holding the O‑Ring perfectly in place without twisting, pinching, or deforming as you tighten. Paired with our bold Ultra‑Red O‑Rings, the system delivers leak‑free security and consistent pressure retention every session.

Key Improvements

  • Full O‑Ring Containment Cavity Prevents distortion and maintains a consistent seal as the bead is wound into the rim.

  • Flatter, Wider Bead Head Reduces contact with stray front bumpers and provides a more stable seating surface for the O‑Ring.

  • Deeper 3mm Hex Drive Upgraded from the stock 1.9mm depth to a robust 3.4mm for better tool engagement and reduced stripping.

  • Upgraded Ultra‑Red O‑Rings Slightly thicker for improved sealing performance — and still compatible with older, thinner O‑Rings if needed at the track.

  • Rim‑Safe Fitment Designed with a minimal gap between bead and rim to avoid gouging or damaging the wheel surface.

Leak‑Free Performance You Can Trust

The combination of the Stainless Steel Flash Bead Lock and the Ultra‑Red O‑Ring gives you leak‑free, distortion‑free security, ensuring your rim stays airtight and race‑ready under all conditions.
