How to Install the Alfano A1210 External Tyre Temperature Sensor

🔧 What You’ll Need:

1. Alfano A1210 sensor (1PC)
2. Mounting bracket kit (Ref. A5006 – sold separately)
3. Alfano 7 data logger

📍 Installation Steps:

1. Mount the bracket securely to the kart chassis or wheel guard, positioned to face the tyre surface.
2. Attach the A1210 sensor to the bracket using the supplied fasteners.
3. Align the sensor so it points directly at the tyre tread or sidewall area you want to monitor.
4. Ensure clear line of sight between sensor and tyre surface (no obstructions).
5. Pair the sensor with your Alfano 7 via the wireless setup menu.
6. Insert CR2032 battery into the sensor and confirm signal transmission.

Data Transmission:

• The sensor sends live temperature readings every second to the Alfano 7.
• You can view and log tyre surface temperatures during each session.
